Oswego, IL - Downtown Main Street

Locations are not revealed to the participants until they arrive at the class. This provides validation to the mediums in the group as they are not aware of the history of the site. This also allows the investigators to not be influenced by the background of the location as they work the site. The history of the site is revealed to the particpants at the end of the investigation in order to validate their individual experience. We will be providing the history of each site upon our final investigation of the location.

History of Investigation Site - East Side of Main Street, Oswego, IL.

We began our investigation with 3 groups rotating to 3 different sites within the location. We were fortunate to have a number of mediums present with us at this investigation. The following are the combined results from the group of investigators and mediums. Information collected by mediums will be highlighted in yellow.

Information collected using equipment or physically experienced by our investigators will be written in white.

Investigators in all 3 groups indentified the same locations with High EMF fields (Note: Power to the location had been shut off).
All 3 groups had temperature drops of 20 degrees or more at each site.
Investigators in all 3 groups experienced a cold sensation as though they had been touched, each incident happened in the basement location.
Mediums correctly identified that the property (The block of East Main Street) had been devastated by fire, that one of the buildings on the property had been a Hotel/Saloon at one time and gave a correct description of the owner of the corner store along with the correct type of store that it had been.
Site #1 - Basement of building
6:40 - Far end of basement Medium sensed a black women named Julia.
Two investigators experienced a cold touch on her hand and another on her neck.
6:46 - Quick flash of light followed by a sense of someone touching her hand.
6:48 - Little girl by shelves - I’m here help—where’s my Mom.
Investigators note a heavy feeling in the chest .
6:49 - Medium states there is a black man and he says that he wants us to go. Also says they hear a train in the background.
Temperature drop in this area from 82.2 to 68.7 near well in floor
Medium senses a man that was a boot legger.
Temperature drops from 78 to 64 near the well in the floor.
Investigator has a feeling of being touched in far back room as well as the room nearest to the front.

Picture sent in by Anita Worden - notice the mist in the doorway along with a Large Orb - the picture was taken in repsonse to a medium stating there was a man standing in the doorway.

Site #2 - North Side of Store
By the back book corner an investigator feels something touch both of their ankles.
Medium - Has a vision of wood wheels along with the name Margaret.

6:40 - Meter readings in the back corner and down side wall to middle of room
Temperatures range from 86.6 - 78.7

A medium in this group saw a woman sitting on this bench, then a member of the team took a reading with the infra-red (red light beam) and the picture was taken - note the blur to the right of the red beam of light and a lighter shaded area against the pillow.
Site #3 - South Side of Store

Mediums - sensed a male presence and feels this was once a Saloon.

EMF - 67.7 located near the top two shelves, second from the right.

Investigators also experience increasing ear pain.

Temperatures at the front of store ranged from 80.0 - 86.00.

Medium - Sensed their was a woman present she did not like us there, especially the women in our group and felt threatened by our presence.

Tightening in neck Denise side of head 11 EMF.

Mediums - sensed the feeling of panic like a fire. Felt several people had died here and felt filled with grief. Also felt this building had been a saloon or hotel. Was given the name Marion.

Medium - felt nauseated along with the feeling of being watched.

Investigators felt tightening in neck in used book section and EMF near Reiki Table was 54 to 80

6:55 - Mediums sense a female presence named Joan, the presense had been with the group since they had investigated the basement location and was angry with us for being there. Message was that they wanted us to get the hell out. Was given the name of Josie.

6:58 - Little girl running past the investigators, laughing and there was the presense of a little dog.

7:04 - Investigator experienced sudden pain in their back near the location by the couch (see picture below) EMF went from 10 to 42 along with a temperature drop from 95 to 81.

7:08 - Medium sensed a boy named Joshua.

7:30 - A strong pepper smell experienced by investigators in same area.

Investigators smelled smoke burning and sensed a burning sensation on their skin.

Medium sensed a man with a mustache, salt and pepper hair and a beard with reddish cheeks Age of the man was late 50’s - Time frame was late 1800's to early 1900's
